  • CMF performed a dye leaking test and found dye leaking into the service duct.
  • CMF dye tested the toilet in U103 to find it leaking into the unit below. We therefore removed 4 wall tiles and excavated the wall to locate the leak.
  • CMF sealed the split in the copper stack pipe using a two part epoxy and used a rubber coupling to hold the two part epoxy in place.
  • CMF cement rendered the excavation through into the service duct.
  • CMF returned to tile and grout the wall
