CMF Plumbing – drainage at Marrickville

The new 450 boundary pit with 50mm pump out line from 900 pit at back of property, existing building down pipes re directed to pit with vermin flap valve (as per plan from hydraulic engineer) and a trash screen over the 109×75 RHS out let pipe to the the street kerb.

The supply and install of the new stainless steel heel guard 450 grate on the front boundary pit as requested by the hydraulic engineer in the scope of works. Also we moved the garden hose tap from the front of the building to the front wall above the new boundary pit.

CMF supplied and installed a new 900×900 stainless steel heel guard grate on the 900 pump out pit.

CMF looped the two southern Agg lines together.

CMF recommended not to excavate too close to the fence, but after consulting the strata committee and the hydraulic engineer, we had to support the fence

CMF Plumbing installed a submersible pump, float switches and control panel to pump the sub soil water seepage to the street.

CMF Plumbing installed a new steel 100x75mm RHS from the front boundary pit, through to the sweet kerb.

Rock breaker on excavator to install 900 pit in solid rock.

The trenches for the Agg lines on the south side of the pit also needed to be cut into the sand stone.

CMF Plumbing encased the whole southern end of the two Agg lines in Geo fabric and blue metal

CMF Plumbing installed 100mm PVC slotted Agg lines encased in geo fabric and blue metal.

CMF Plumbing installed approx 70m of Agg lines across the front and the side of a unit block in Marrickville to collect dub soil drainage.
