This is the gap between the buildings before we installed the drip tray. We could not flash or seal it from above as there is two tiled verandas which meet a flat water proofed roof and it was impossible to seal from the top.
We ran a 40mm PVC drainage line from the new tray and connected it back into an existing 90mm PVC downpipe.
We supplied and installed a custom made stainless steel drip tray to collect rain water where the two buildings met out side a main entrance to a block of units in Hunters Hill.
