The under side of the deck before we sheeted. We sheeted the underside of the deck with Colourbond mini orb roof sheets in a Surfmist colour (white). We installed new gutter and a 90mm PVC down pipe connecting into the existing storm water drainage under the pool decking. This has turned the area into a water tight outdoor area when raining.

CMF performed a dye leaking test and found dye leaking into the service duct. CMF dye tested the toilet in U103 to find it leaking into the unit below. We therefore removed 4 wall tiles and excavated the wall to locate the leak. CMF sealed the split in the copper stack pipe using a two part epoxy and used a rubber coupling to hold the two part epoxy in place. CMF cement rendered the excavation through into the service duct.
